Return & Store Credit Policy
At IVRY, we carefully curate every piece and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit under the following guidelines.
We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (online orders) or 14 days from purchase date (in-store purchases) to initiate a return for store credit or exchange .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
With all original tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
